One room available in a four bedroom house.

(We're looking for someone to move in at the start of March, perhaps sooner)

_The house.

4 Arabella Street, Roath, Cardiff, CF244TA

The house is very close to Albany Road, City Road, Crwys Road and Welfield Road, which means plenty of shops, places to eat and drink etc… Roath Park is just around the corner, which is nice. The house is around a twenty minute walk from the City Centre.

It's a four bedroom house, with a nice Garden, (thanks Add) that gets the sun pretty much all day. We have a barbecue, chairs and things, we spend a lot of time out there in the summer.

We have a living room with all the usual things, sofas, dining table, television, board games and loads of other "stuff".

The kitchen is well used and well equipped, we enjoy cooking and feeding people. It has four gas hobs, an electric oven and grill, fridge/ freezer, washing machine… We have pretty much everything you need in there; pots, pans, mixers, blenders…

There is a downstairs bathroom with a bath/ shower, sink and as you'd expect - a toilet. The bathroom is clean, but it does need some re-decorating. We're onto the landlord about it, so it will be done at the end of August.

_The Current Inhabitants.

Nice bunch, although by our own admission…

Adam, known as Ad. Photographer, extreme sports, bike building and gardening(!) enthusiast.

Ibrahim (me), answers to Ib, amongst other things… Chef, amateur footballer, graphic designer.

Josie, known as, well, Josie… Falafel Kitchen manager, aspiring Mandarin Chinese linguist and wine (and gin, and rum) consumer.

(It's certainly worth mentioning that were all smokers, Josie and Ib smoke cigarettes, mainly. We do smoke indoors, but the house is kept well ventilated)

_The Room.

Fair size, built in wardrobe, double bed, good sized window. It faces the rear of the house, so no street noise. The room comes with a rickety old desk and a book shelf.

Money.

The rent is £225, council tax, electricity, water, gas and internet on top of that.

It's pretty much a steal.

As an added extra we have a ladies town bike, that you'd be able to make use of, if you wanted to, that is.

Ad and I (Ib) also have cars, road trips sometimes happen. Handy to have access to for big shops, moving things and everything else cars can be handy for.
