I'm looking for a professional between 25-40 years old to share my home with me and another housemate.

The house is in the heart of Canton, within a short walking distance to bars/restaurants/shops and a 25 minute walk to city centre and within easy commute of Cardiff Bay (bus/car/bike). The house is spacious and comprises of a large open plan living room/dining/kitchen, a snug, a large bathroom that you'll share with one other person and a large outdoor space. The house is located on a quiet street with on-street parking.

The house comes fully furnished and all bills included (including super-fast fibre optic broadband and cable TV).

A little about me; I'm Mat, a 30 year old welshman. I work in Cardiff Bay for an engineering consultancy. I'm clean, tidy and I enjoy quiet evenings during the week. I'm partial to a few drinks on the weekend. In my spare time i enjoy going to the gym, socialising, cooking and doing a spot of traveling here and there.
