Room for rent: 2 great housemates & 1 ok housemate

Hello!

We have a room for rent in a really nice part of Cardiff close to the hospital and only 15 minute cycle or 5-10 minute drive into town. Lots of good restaurants and a pub nearby.

Very modern house, the kitchen is extremely nice, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. Two bathrooms, garden, shed. Originally a 5 bedroom house we're making the fifth bedroom downstairs into a lounge (although we already have a kitchen / lounge) because we want another social space. Parking outside - easy to get a non-permit space, permit spaces available also.

We are three doctors working in the hospital but we're all young and non-scary. We're relaxed and don't do much studying / we're very sociable. We sometimes work nights but this wouldn't interrupt your sleep or keep you up don't worry. Very clean and keep things tidy. Some of us play football and cricket, we like keeping fit, playing tennis, etc. We cook for each other, lots of tea and coffee, occasionally some baking.

We're looking for someone who's fun and easy-going looking to stay for 6-11 months (until August 2016). Double room, good size, wardrobe, drawers, desk. Male or female. Non-smoker please.
