Bills Included Fully Furnished 2 Bed House Share

All bills included in the rent, you'll get yourself a large furnished double bedroom. The whole house is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large conservatory, front and rear gardens. On street parking (in a quiet enclosed green) and Virgin 50mb internet, TV and Netflix UHD are included, as are all of your bills (Council Tax, Gas central heating, Electricity, Water and TV License) and use of a 55’ curved UHD TV in the living room.

I am the live-in owner, myself a professional software developer working in Cardiff Mon-Fri 9-5 with my girlfriend. We’re looking for someone who's happy to share in cleaning duties, to keep the house shared areas presentable. Smoking indoors is not permitted. I have cats and dogs allergies so pets are not allowed.

A long term let 6+ months is preferred, we can agree a minimum that suits your needs but I am happy to provide you with a guaranteed minimum of a months’ notice for ending the let early (this is instead of the 1 week required by law for a live in owner letting a room) so you know that there is stability with your home and I can plan ahead knowing that I will have a lodger :-)

I'm pretty good at cooking and like to have friends over. I also enjoy cycling, running, films, football, F1, video games and skydiving and am currently landscaping the rear garden.
