Hi there! There is one room available in this 2 bedroom flat where I am living since 3 years ago. The flat is on Canton and is available from 7th of december. It'd be to share with one more person ¡that's me!

The flat comes with a nice kitchen (fully fitted) and a comfortable living room with a big screen to watch movies, rugby or documentaries if you prefer it ;) The bathroom is really spacious and has its own jacuzzi plus the shower. The room is fully furnished, double bed and very comfortable!

The flat is really nice, cosy, clean and tidy. You really need to view it!

I am a professional guy working many hours during the week and looking for a housemate to share with me this 2 bedroom flat. I'd prefer a professional person (female/male) who's able to keep clean and tidy the flat.

It's close to city center and off the main road in Canton where you'll find supermarkets (Tesco, Home bargain and Iceland), lots of shops, restaurants and pubs. The street is really quiet and very good communicated with everywhere.

Rent is £300 per month plus bills. Bond is £300.
