The people living there, 2 are mature students and 2 are young professionals, 3 Guys 1 Girl.

Large back garden which is nice in the summer.
The tenants have a friendly cat called Mr Tibbs. This house is suitable for young profesionals also as the current tennants are quite and in their final years.
The price is £285 a month with a £365 deposit.
