We’re two 25/27 year old guys looking for a friendly graduate/professional girl or guy (21-35 years old, no couples, clean and tidy please) to move in with us to replace our housemate who is sadly moving away.

If you had to summarise us in two words it would be: Andy and Matt. We are both doing PhD’s in biomedical science at Cardiff University (as well as weekend pharmacy shifts).
Our interests include: coffee, music, pubs/bars, cinema, gin, literature, football, rugby, cooking and socialising. Sadly Andy watches X-factor though he does so in his bedroom.

We are all quite busy out of the house working and studying, but we also enjoy hanging out as a house and chilling together at home. We're relatively quiet in the week as we're working, but do enjoy the occasional social drink midweek and social events at the weekend.

Contract runs 12 months July 2015 - June 2016, but you'll be stepping in for our housemate Josh who will be leaving.
