The room is very small, enough to fit bed (lifted platform) and storage at the bottom. It's on the first floor next to the bathroom and in same room as the central heater (which makes very little noise, not enough for you to notice!).

House itself: Old Victorian terraced house, just five minutes from Cardiff City Stadium and 20 minutes walk from the City Centre and Central Railway station. Plus, property is near fantastic shopping facilities in Leckwith Retail Park and Cowbridge Road East. It's a largely quiet area and has excellent transport links.

Shared facilities - bathroom with bath/shower, large kitchen, back garden, lounge.

All bills included, fast broadband.

It is a family home. You'll be living with professionals.

We're looking for a conscientious, clean and well-mannered person. Non smoker, someone who pays the rent on time.
