I have a large double room to rent in my house in Canton, Cardiff. It's a comfortably furnished house to share with one existing male lodger who's easy going and very easy to live with. The room is large, light and airy with 2 big windows, one bay. The area is wonderfully convenient, very close to Canton and Pontacanna shops and bars, Chapter arts centre, easy walking distance to town, and a quick hop by car to the link road and motorway. The house is very spacious: there's a small back garden, 3 big reception rooms to spread around in and central heating with combi boiler, wifi etc. There's some on-street parking. All bills are included.
