Share lounge and kitchen - Lounge has large flat screen TV, with SKY+ however also have Own flatscreen TV in bedroom.. Kitchen has microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher etc.
No smoking in house but could outside. Must like CATS! Close to M4/48. Regular bus service into Cardiff etc. Supermarkets near by and local pubs. Free Broadband, share cost of telephone. I live in but work full time and am very easy going. Also have a cleaner who even makes our beds!
Gas/Elec/Water included if not OTT use!. Available from April 2016 references from past shares available! Monday to Friday's but would consider full for short term rental.
