I'm looking for a replacement tenant to take over my contract at 61 Malefant Street, Cathays. The house has already been signed with 5 room mates who are all easy going and easy to get along with.
The room available is large and spacious with a decent sized en suite bathroom, and double bed. All bills are included within the rent and internet is provided. Each room has it's own code for the door so security is not an issue, but the tenants are completely trust worthy and always up for nights out, or group nights in.
I am sad to have to advertise, however I have been given the opportunity to study at a different university which involves relocating, therefore I am having to find a replacement for this contract.
