Lovely, peaceful room for rent near Roath

My housemates and I are all female 4th year Medical Students at Cardiff University. I'm off on Erasmus from Sept 12th to Nov 11th and looking to rent out my room for those 2 months whilst I'm away .

We're looking for a female housemate who is perhaps a student or young professional who is fairly quiet, friendly and clean. Maybe someone who fancies the odd trip to the local pubs too.

We've got a lovely big, well-equipped kitchen which is open plan to a dining area with table/chairs, one bathroom with shower, a separate sitting room with a small TV, and a nice grass garden with some seats on a terrace to catch the evening rays.

My room is a good size, double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a desk and chair (to come). The bedroom overlooks the garden at the back and is lovely and light.

The house is on a nice street, just out of the student centre and a stones throw from the beautiful Roath Park. It's also 20 mins walk (or 7min cycle) to the Heath Hospital. There is permit parking for most of the street but plenty of free places to park nearby too.
