Large attic room with en suite shower and toilet.

Hi! I am moving out of my room on short notice and this room will be available until the end of the tenancy (end of September).

The room is fully-furnished with a large comfy bed, a small alcove with a clothes rail and bookcase, and a small coffee table. There are also two chests of drawers and boxes mounted to the walls for shelving. The sofa bed in the picture is being removed, but can be replaced by another. Everything else will be included as seen in the pictures.

There is also storage space downstairs and in the eves of the attic. The attic has a skylight and three other windows. Good sound insulation too. The rest of the house is very spacious, with two living rooms and a dining room.

We're pretty laid back when it comes to the ideal person, we're very open-minded. Someone who cleans up after themselves and likes a good chinwag is always a bonus, though! Our housemate has two pet rats caged in her room, and we're temporarily looking after a cat. We don't have Internet as the contract has ended recently and we haven't needed it since.

There is plenty of parking on the street (spaces almost always available in front). Town is a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride.
