CF24 Postgraduate House

We are looking for 1 more student to complete our 5 person house!

The House:
The house is a 10-15 minute walk from the University and house plenty of shops nearby! It has 6 bedrooms, we intend to only rent 5 until Christmas - meaning the rent may go down again. This also means you will have a choice of two rooms, one quiet room at the back of the house overlooking the garden and one downstairs with access to its on private miniature 'garden' - it is only 1x1m big but I like to think it has potential.
The kitchen is huge with a table big enough for the whole house so we can come together for house meals if you would like to. It also has a dartboard - sometimes it is the little things that get you haha.
The house has two toilets and one shower which is shared by three people - two of the taken rooms have an ensuite. There is also a lounge with a nice TV and sofas for all our Netflix/Bake Off/Rugby needs!
We have photos of all the house to show you, but we are moving in on the 1st so the contract needs to be sorted in the next few days.
Also bills are not included in the £280 price so we will have to organise paying them as a house.
A Bit About Us:

We all met on a house hunting event a few weeks ago and are all just getting to know each other, so you won't feel isolated joining a group which already knows each other well! We all have a diverse range of interests, from badminton, film making, cooking and finding a good pint! As a house we hope that everyone will socialise a bit, while struggling through our respective Masters and PhDs, though we understand everyone is busy.
