We are looking for 5 friendly professionals who are quite chilled' tidy, considerate and respectful of the privacy of others to share this lovely spacious Victorian house, 3 of the bedrooms are overly spacious and all have en-suites these have the added bonus of wonderful views of Thompson's park.
There are two further double bedrooms with en-suite.
There is a share of a spacious large lounge and use of the shared kitchen. A front garden and to the rear a garden with a bike store.
We are just on the crust of Pontcanna where there are many shops cafe and bars there is a good bus route to the city centre we are also located near the Llandaff fields and the Taff trail.
