The rent is £420 pcm including all bills.

Rolling month by month contract so no long tie ins. You can leave with 1 month's notice.

House has a kitchen, living room area, 2 shower rooms and utility space with washing machine and dryer.

Price includes all bills and WIFI.

Located a few minutes walk from the City Centre. Plenty of shops around locally, Canton and Cowbridge road just round the corner with its many pubs and great food restaurants.
