Very well appointed house in nice area of Cardiff, with plenty of on street parking. Large kitchen with dining area, plus a communal lounge. Bathroom, and there is also a shower room and a third toilet.
Each bedroom has its own washbasin. Please note there are 4 bedrooms in the house - photos show 3 different bedrooms, but only one may be available at any one time of advertising.
Currently becoming available soon is Bedroom no.3, which is an upstairs room.
Only professional people are taken on as tenants, and there is a nice friendly and sociable feel to the house. Easy parking & commuting - lots of nearby buses and a train station, plus shops.
