I have 2 double room available for a short terms let.
The maximum stay is 2 weeks as the house has been sold and is nearing completion.
The price includes /water/council tax/tv licence/broadband, / Virgin tv, with all sports and movie channels, up to 150 mb broadband.
You will need to contribute to gas and ele which is no more than £25 each a month usually
The house is currently in the process of being sold so only accepting short term lets, there will be a requirement to allow viewings by the estate agent for surveys / viewings
