I have a double room for single occupancy available now in a fully equipped and furnished two bedroom apartment in the warterquarter, Galleon Way, Cardiff Bay. its approximately a 5 minute Walk to the bay and 15 minute walk to the city centre

the room is a double room furnished with Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers , bedside table. Room is carpeted. Bedding is not provided

This is a modern, comfortable 5th floor apartment in a popular development in cardiff bay. It features a large, open plan kitchen/ lounge/ dining area with double doors onto the balcony and is south-west facing giving plenty of light. The kitchen is fully equipped with - fridge-freezer, slimline dishwasher and halogen hob. microwave, kettle, toaster and washer/dryer . Hardwood flooring in hall and kitchen/lounge/diner.
large modern bathroom with bath and shower, mainly for use with rented room as my room is ensuite
there is no designated parking space included but there are plenty of visitor spaces

I'm a 27 year old professional male. I am a fun easy going individual, who enjoys socialising with friends, the occasional night out, i'm clean and tidy. etc

looking for like minded individuals who are clean and tidy, who are sociable
