Friendly flatmate wanted in Cardiff Bay

Hi there,

I am looking for a new, friendly flatmate to replace the existing tenant who has just moved out. The room is available immediately and the new tenant would also have full use of their own bathroom!

The room available is in a large, modern purpose built block of flats in Cardiff bay. The room for offer is a large double, fully furnished and is neutrally decorated. The communal areas include a large Living room and Dining room and a separate Kitchen. The property is in a superb location with easy access to the M4 and the link roads. There is also plenty of public transport options with several bus stops within minutes from the property. Cardiff Bay Retail park with shops and supermarkets are just a stones throw away, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance as well as lots of local gym options including the Cardiff Bay International Pool!

I am ideally looking for a flatmate who I get along well with, someone who could become a friend as well as just a housemate!
