Large double bedroom available to rent in a lovely large 4 bedroom 3 storey modern townhouse on a quiet tree lined street in Cardiff bay. Bedroom has a double bed and mattress, bedside cabinets and chest, and also a built-in wardrobe. It's a 5 min walk to the waterfront bars & restaurants in Cardiff bay and a 10 min walk to St Davids shopping centre in the city centre.

You will only be sharing with myself, one very friendly German shepherd puppy, and one other housemate (Alicia). Looking for someone who is easy going, sociable (but not a party animal), clean, tidy, and looking for a homely home!

There are 4 bedrooms altogether but one is left empty as a spare room, so there is plenty of space in the house. You would share one large bathroom on the top floor with Alicia, as my bedroom has an en-suite on the floor below. There is also a seperate toilet on the ground floor. There is a lovely south facing garden with plenty of seating, BBQ and hot tub! There are 2 parking spaces on the driveway (Alicia doesn’t drive) and unrestricted easy parking on the street.

Bills are INCLUDED so there is nothing else to pay. That includes electric/gas/water/council tax/tv licence/Netflix/Apple TV/ultra fast internet/fortnightly cleaner).
