Flat in Cardiff Bay - Newly Furnished

I bought my first flat located nearby the Red Dragon Centre in Cardiff Bay last year. It's about 5 min walk to the Millenium Centre and 10 min walk into town, so pretty convenient location.

The flat has 3 bedrooms but I would keep one as storage for the moment (bikes and kayaks). There also two bathrooms, 1 main bathroom and one ensuite. I furnished it pretty much from scratch, so I hope my sense of style isn't too bad ;) I keep on adding new things as well and happy to be get some ideas!

Both bedrooms are good size double bedrooms. I would be happy for you to make the bedroom your own space and have some input in the flat.

It got a nice big fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, broadband, LCD TV, glass dining table and some bar stool on the side. I also upgraded the storage heaters to Infrared Heating panels (not that it's needed with these winter temps).

It's a nice place that I made myself a home now and continuously be working on.

So I am looking for someone fun and sociable to be around with some evenings or at weekends and, most importantly, someone who would treat the place as their own and look after stuff in the flat. That includes picking up the hoover once in a while.

I have been extremely lucky with my last housemates and we have become very good mates rather than a lodger. So getting on with someone in a 2 bedroom flat is really important to me.

Adding all the bills (council tax, electricity, water, Internet, TV licence) has come to 500 all in. We can have a look at the numbers when you move in, just a bit of heads up.
