Double Room in the Bay
Offering a double room in a house 5 minutes walk to Mermaid Quay, 10-15 to town. 2 current housemates. Myself who travels a fair and a professional who works nights.
Traditional terraced house in the heart of the bay and has 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms (one up one down) kitchen and lounge / diner. There is a visitors pass that can be used on the street, but parking isn't often a problem. There is a fortnightly cleaner who comes to do all of the house, which is included in the bills.
I'm looking for somebody clean and sociable who will look after the house and also get on with myself and the other tenant.
Room is currently vacant and will be available to view from 19/03/18.
