About me:

I am a 32 year old Strength and Conditioning Coach working for the Cardiff Blues. I’m originally from Ireland, but have found myself in Cardiff after living and working in many other countries.

My interests involve around being active. I train regularly, swim and enjoy the outdoors. In my down time, movies, music and reading take up most of the down time.

I’m a social being, so someone outgoing with a bit of get up and go would be perfect.
