We have a room available in a nice house on a quiet street in Llandaff. The house is close to both Danescourt and Llandaff train stations, is a 2min walk to the bus stop and 5min from the taff trail. Llandaff village is nearby, with great pubs and restaurants, and a there are several supermarkets in the area.

The room is a good sized double, with loads of storage space and a large bay window. There is a large bathroom, with bath and shower, next to the room. Downstairs there is a large kitchen, dining room and living room, and a small utility room and garage. We have a small gym set up in the garage, and there is also a very nice, south facing, garden.

It is a very easy going and relaxed house, and we are all independent people, but enjoy spending time with each other, and are looking for someone who will be a friend as well as a housemate. Most of us have only been in the house for a short while and we would welcome anybody who wishes to put their own touch on the house.

Looking for a female ideally to keep the balance of the house, but we are flexible.
