Stunning en-suite room in converted mansion

Hi, I have a large ensuite room with walk in wardrobe available in a stunning flat in Llandaf. It's the top floor of a converted mansion with off street parking. I can send pictures on demand. I'm a 31 year old doctor working in Cardiff. I'm tidy because I'm very proud of my flat but pretty laid back. I enjoy playing sport, socialising, cooking and eating. I'm much better at eating though.

My current flatmate pays £470 pcm + bills. She has to move out because her brother needs help with his mortgage. I probably prefer a female housemate because tend to be cleaner but not fussy. May be able to negotiate on price depending on interest
