Double room to rent

I am a young professional seeking a new housemate available to move in from July 1st 2014. My current housemate is homesick for RCT and is, sadly, moving back to the area he used to live.

The flat I am living in is lovely - with a private off road car park out back, it is located just over the road from Llandaff/Pontcanna fields and a short 5/10 minute walk from the bars/pubs/restaurants of Llandaff and Pontcanna/Canton. Quick access to the A48/A470 and M4, the flat is situated in a good location for travelling to various areas for work.

Laid back, I am often happy to hang out with my housemates so some common interests would be great but not essential.

I am looking for someone who doesn't smoke, is able to keep the flat quite clean & tidy and who is able to pay rent & bills without delay every month.

I am a professional working in a busy (sometimes stressful) social services job, so living with another professional who is understanding of this would be wonderful.

In terms of me, I am not a big party animal; I am more likely to head to a friends house for dinner, a gig or a local bar for a few, rather than into town for a heavy night on the town. I like the odd cheeky movie night and take away.
