I have recently decided to rent my spare "double bedroom" at my property. I have an eight month old daughter which will be spending two nights a week with me... "so someone that is happy spending two days a week with a child being around is a must". I am a very sociable person, but with working commitments and business I tend to keep myself to myself and most of my spare time will be relaxing and working from a laptop at home.

All bills will be included and I may look at getting broadband installed later on.

Located within a nice quiet colder-sack I have available a double room to rent in my two bedroom maisonette. The property is within a short walk to Cardiff city center and all bills will be included in the monthly rent. A very private location surrounded by trees and natural scenery. The front room has towering distant views of the city and comes with a large built-in-wardrobe, additional storage facility and a brand new bed double bed.

BOND £200. 00 (which will be returned after you leave the property and keys are handed back)
RENT £300pm (£75. 00 per week) to be paid each month by standing order or cash.

first months rent along with bond will need to be paid in full before moving in and rent must then be paid from the same date each month that you move into the property, so if you move in on the 1st you will then keep paying your rent on the first of each month after that.

You will be required to give a months notice if you leave and will not have to pay any agency fees and sign any contracts.
