We have a lovely sunny room available to rent from 1st February 2018 in our lovely 3 storey, 3 bedroom town house in Marshfield, Cardiff. Its a family friendly safe neighbourhood and only a 20 minute drive into Cardiff or Newport city centre. The house is a must see!!

The bedroom has a queen bed, fully furnished including large fitted wardrobe with en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
£400 per month (excluding bills)

There is a study for tenants to use, a large communal kitchen with dining table and large communal lounge (with a big TV!). There is also a garage with space to store items such as a bike.
It's a must see house!!

Tenants- 2 friendly young professionals that are in the other 2 rooms looking for a like-minded house mate.

Info about the landlords- We moved to Canada 3 years ago and have been renting individual rooms out since then. We still have friends and family in the area to help with immediate problems/questions.
