I have two rooms available to rent. Either Mon-Fri or full time.

There is a sunny spacious king size triple fully furnished room available to rent all bills included. Currently have a bathroom to yourself with a bath and power shower. Freshly decorated in Mid Century Modern, the house itself is only 4 years old and in the prestigious area of Acorn Walk, Marshfield, a quiet residential area surrounded by fields. Two minutes from the A48, J28, J30 and five from the M4. 17 minutes drive to Cardiff City Centre. Two Bus stops very close by.

I am looking for a fellow professional, someone who needs a place Monday-Friday or full time in a fully furnished house. You would have use of the dining room, fully equipped kitchen, living room, off road parking, unlimited internet and garden. Price includes cleaning and laundered bedsheets and towels. If you would like the full time rooms they don't include cleaning.

Close to St Mellons Business Park and Imperial Park Duffryn

Price also includes use of a printer, clingfilm, toilet roll, laundry detergent , washing up liquid, bed linens, duvet, pillows, etc

I have a private enclosed garden, two bathrooms, three toilets, washing machine, tumble dryer

If you are a smoker you can smoke in the garden.

One monthly payment covers all your expenses, all bills, council tax, internet
