Single bedroom available in luxury shared house

Single room available in friendly and relaxed shared house in the Penarth area. We are all very chilled out folk, and the house is a great retreat from the stresses of daily life.

It is a very homely house and has central heating throughout, with under floor heating in the kitchen. The lounge has 50' flat screen tv with freeview and attached laptop to stream online content. Aside from the lounge, there is a chill out area, with Turkish bean bags that opens onto the patio. The house and garden are covered by WiFi access to broadband internet. The kitchen has all the utensils you might need and has washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, two sinks and a roll top bath, for that long soak .The garden is well maintained, and gets a lot of sun. It is great for entertaining and BBQ's, and is equipped with all the essentials (2 hammocks, wood stove, solar lights etc etc). It is a quiet road with ample on road parking.
You will be sharing with two girls and one guy. Current tenants are all professionals doing 9 - 5's. We are all sociable, easy going, tidy types, and enjoy having friends over, cooking nice food, drinking wine, going out of an evening etc. There is one vegetarian, one vegan and a carnivore, so whatever your diet you should fit in :-)
We share the house with a cat and 2 house rabbits, who are all very friendly, so you will need to like the company of small furry folk :-)

The bedroom being offered is a single room and has built in storage. The rent is £300 / month and bills are inclusive (electric, gas, water, tv licence, broadband, council tax, excludes use of phone).

The house is situated on a quiet tree lined road within easy walking distance of Penarth town centre, and 2 train stations for easy access to Cardiff etc. Penarth has some great shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs. Penarth sea front and the pier are a little further, and if you fancy a bit more of a stretch it takes about an hour's walk to get to Cardiff bay walking via Penarth Marina, then along the barrage, although if you are feeling lazy then the water taxi is an easy option. As well as having the train stations in close proximity, there is a bus stop right round the corner less than a minutes walk away which takes you straight into Cardiff city centre.
