Seeking quiet professional person to rent our spare room. Must be in full time employment. Would suit someone working away from home during the week.
Large comfortable fully furnished double room on 2nd floor of 3 storey Victorian house in quiet residential location. Although a family house, it is quiet & peaceful.
There is unlimited high speed broadband & TV in room with double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, computer desk and armchairs.
Bedding can be supplied & laundered if required. Full central heating & ad lib hot water. Use of kitchen & bathroom with bath & overhead shower.

Very easy access via car, train, bus, bike (nice cycle route to Bay area) to Cardiff city centre. Penarth itself is a lovely Victorian small town with promenade and lovely coastal walks.
House is a 6 minute walk to centre of Penarth, which offers all amenities including 2 leisure centres, cinema, good selection of shops, supermarkets etc.
We have stated Mon - Fri only, but are happy to negotiate occasional weekends if this is related to work.
