Double Room in lovely house

Double room available in friendly shared house in the Penarth area. It is a very homely house and has central heating throughout, with under floor heating in the kitchen. The lounge has a TV with freeview, and the house and garden are covered by WiFi access to broadband internet. The kitchen has all the utensils you might need and has washing machine and dishwasher. The garden is a nice size, well maintained, gets quite a bit of sun, and is great for chilling and has a couple of (hammocks, wood stove, solar lights). There is also a chill out area, with bean bags that opens onto the patio.
You would be sharing with the owner, and I'm a 9 - 5 professional,. I am vegan and it would be nice to share with other veggies but it’s not essential. I love cooking, music, reading, having friends over, a necessary glass of wine every now and again, going to gigs etc. I share the house with a cat, well share might not be the word as I'm pretty sure she is the boss.
The bedroom being offered has good storage and a TV with freeview is also supplied if required. The rent is £400 / month and bills are inclusive (electric, gas, water, tv licence, broadband, council tax, excludes use of phone).

The house is situated on a quiet tree lined road within easy walking distance of Penarth town centre, and 2 train stations for easy access to Cardiff etc. Penarth has some great shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs. Penarth sea front and the pier are a little further, and if you fancy a bit more of a stretch it takes about an hours walk to get to Cardiff bay walking via Penarth Marina, then along the barrage, although if you're feeling lazy then the water taxi is an easy option. As well as
having the train stations in close proximity, there is a bus stop right round the corner less than a minutes walk away which takes you straight into Cardiff city centre.
