Lovely Single Room

I have a lovely single room to rent in a 3 bed house in the village of Broughton just outside of Scunthorpe. On the number 4 bus route between Brigg & Scunthorpe. Great access to M180 for Immingham/Grimsby/Cleethorpes/ Doncaster and A15 for Lincoln.

The room comes with a single bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of draws
and small desk.

You would be sharing with me; I am a 52 year old woman and my dog, I also have 2 daughters who visit on a regular basis.

Bathroom is shared, I work shifts so fighting over the bathroom isn't an issue. Shared access of kitchen/living room and dining room. On street parking - very safe street (cul-de-sac) with lovely neighbours.

I currently don't have broadband as I do not need it however I am happy if this is something you would like to have installed.

I am happy to consider short term lets (1-3 months) however this would be at an increased rent of £100PCW/£430PCM.
