I am looking for someone to move into my beautiful home in Grimsby.
I have a young daughter who comes to visit me most evenings so a female tenant would be preferred but male tenants will be considered.
Tenant would have their own bedroom which is newly decorated and which includes a double bed and wardrobe.
Tenant would have their own living room which is also newly decorated, access of the garden, access to the kitchen which has a washer and dryer and access to the bathroom.
I myself am a smoker and go outside into the garden to smoke as to make it smell and look like a smoke free home, home is also pet free.
