Viewings available on a double at £75 per week. To share with existing tenants in spacious shared property on Patrick Street, Grimsby. The rooms have single or double bed, wardrobe, with bedding provided. One tenant per room.

Tenants share large rear garden with barbecue, kitchen with dishwasher and all mod cons, living area with cable TV and broadband is supplied. Tenants share the kitchen storage and have all cooking utensils, pots, pans and crockery provided. The property has an upstairs bathroom and plenty of roadside parking.
All bills are included. Smoking strictly outside only.

The current tenants are professionals who are quiet and respectful - we would only be looking for tenants who are in full time employment and prefer a quiet life, this is not a house share where partying and playing loud music are appreciated!

The house is conveniently placed for access to bus routes, there is a Sainsburys Local with free cash machine and two pizza takeaways within walking distance. The town centre and a large 24 hour Asda are five minutes away by car and The Hainton pub and carvery is also within walking distance. Immingham is 11 miles away and the A180 is easily accessible from Patrick Street. Cleethorpes tourist attractions are less than 3 miles away too.

References are required from an employer and will be checked in all cases. A key retainer of £50 is required (all keys are coded for security) and a weeks rent in advance to move in. All tenants are required to sign up to an agreement which states the weekly rent required and which shared areas the tenant has access to, we also require next of kin details incase of any emergency.

Viewings can be booked for most evenings and weekends, we visit the property weekly and ensure the property remains in good order. We welcome short and long term lets.
