Double room for pet lovers

Fully furnished double room to rent in semi-detached house in Scunthorpe. Room size 12' x 12'. Shared access to the rest of the house incl. bathroom with bath/shower and kitchen with full access to cooking facilities.

Looking for someone trustworthy and friendly who loves medium/big dogs - this is essential as I have 8! All are friendly, but one freaks out at very late/early homecomings or lots of visitors! The house is set up so you can come in and leave without having to wade through them (so keeping hair off work clothes), and can cook and eat without them bothering you.

Small pets are welcome so long as they can be kept in the bedroom - however no dogs, and no cats I'm afraid, as one of my dogs is not safe around them at all.

Affordable rate of £280pcm payable in advance, this covers all bills except food. No DSS sorry, too many bad experiences.
