A room in a well maintained three bedroom house in a location close to Ashby town centre and bus routes. The current owner is a single male who has shared houses as a student so is used to having others around and respecting privacy.

The room is fully furnished, although there is flexibility on this if required. Wi-Fi is available and the house has Sky Q, multiroom will be made available. Utility bills are included in the monthly rent. The bathroom, kitchen and a small upstairs room are shared. Please note that there is not a shared living room.

The current occupants are the owner and two students who live in a friendly atmosphere. The owner respects diversity and expects tenants to do the same and respect each others personal space and privacy. There is no smoking in the house, but there is space outside to do so. Unfortunately I cannot accept DSS or couples. In the interests of the owner and the tenants, anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and because of this I ask for references.

There is a pet cat in the house, taken care of by the owner, but present in his absence as he works shifts. The house is regularly cleaned.
