It's a 2 mins walk to the bus stop and nice local pub, 5 min ride to A1 so easy access to Sheffield, Leeds etc (I work in Shef and its a 30 min drive) and 15 mins drive into Doncaster town centre. Adwick Train Station is a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive with access to Doncaster, Leeds, Sheffiled etc.
