Double rooms, ensuite

Hi,

I have available two ensuite rooms which will be available mid May. . Both will be redecorated and are a nice size. They will both be fully furnished - the only difference is one is a king size room with shower over the bath, the second is a double with a shower.

It's a comfy town house, with an internal garage that can be used for storage if necessary.

I don't have sky at the moment, but am willing to consider getting it... There is broadband.

Shared sitting room and kitchen which is on the middle floor.

I work locally but on varied shifts. I'm fairly easy going, I just ask that the house is respected, and rent is paid on time, and you're considerate of me as I will be of you.
