I have a fully furnished room available to rent in Armthorpe. The room is a good size and has recently been redecorated. It is fully furnished and is en-suite.
My house has a good sized sitting room and fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. The house is clean and tidy. I also have a private garden with a decking area. The house backs on to Sandal Beat Woods which is very pleasant.
There are good access routes to Doncaster town centre and the M18.
I've rented rooms out in the past and there has always been a lovely and relaxed atmosphere.
I'm happy to do a long or short term let, I just ask for a months notice.
