Female Housemate Wanted

hi all. This is a long shot but here goes. Im looking for a single female housemate 20-30 is to rent my spare room Semi detached house with parking in a great village location. Great gardens etc A little about me Im a single 25 year old male, engineer by trade ( used to own a large company till last year ) I am looking for a female house mate as im currently single and living alone is not all its cracked up to be so if you're up for a lovable kind and caring housemate then drop me a line and lets see where it goes ( i know how weird that sounds but its worth a shot ) Im looking for £150 a month inc all bills you will have your own room with full length fitted wardrobes, full length mirror there is a new single bed and matress in there already. I love to cook so you may be in for some nice food, if you think its nice of course :-) You will have full use of every room in the house, gardens etc and the you are more than welcome to use my holiday home at the lakes ( if you dont mind me tagging along of course, only to drive the jet ski that is :-) ) please note i have a dog so you have to like animals Hopefully this does'nt sound that creepy drop me an email if you would like to know more.
