Two large double rooms - Penistone

I have two spacious double rooms available for rent in a quiet, relaxed and spacious 3 bed stone built terrace in Penistone.

The attic room (room 1) is the most spacious, accessed via its own staircase and comes furnished to a high standard with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, desk and dressing table, there is also a small separate living area within the room which has a seating area and digital TV. Has a lovely view out over fields.

The second room is a double bedroom with king size bed, bedding box, dressing table and bedside tables with spacious built-in wardrobe, tastefully decorated.

There are shared kitchen and bathroom facilities in modern style (see pictures). There is also a dining room, living room and small garden space with a patio area. Bike storage is available in the cellar and there is always plenty of free, on-street parking.

All bills are included in rent which covers gas, electric, council tax, wireless broadband and a cleaner who visits once a week.

The house is very convenient for the M1, and Penistone station is only 5 mins walk away, allowing good access to Barnsley, Huddersfield, Leeds and Sheffield. Penistone has lots of amenities such as a Tesco, local shops and market, petrol stations, bars, pubs, restaurants, vintage cinema, churches, surgery, dentist, gym, etc.

For those of you who love the great outdoors, Penistone is on the doorstep
of the Trans-Pennine Trail, which is excellent for running, cycling and walking. It is also a 5 minute drive from the Peak District National Park, and is surrounded by open countryside with lots of footpaths to explore.

The house is a shared house for young professional tenants. I am a live-out landlord.
