Mon to Fri preferred but would accept 7 nights if short term...Rent would then be £300

End terraced house. Close to M1, with easy links to surrounding areas.
Within walking distance of local amenities and train station. Good bus service.

Full use of kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower over bath. Lounge and dinning room. There is a small, secure yard/garden at the back of the house, with lockable shed.

Parking is on the road.

No washing machine at the house, hence why I'm looking for Mon-Fri stays only.
I can supply bedding and towels if required.

I would prefer a non-smoker, but don't mind if confined to the outside.

My home is quiet, warm, clean and tidy.
Looking for a professional person wanting to cut down on commuting.
