Sunny room with en suite in modern house, good neighbourhood, within walking distance of general hospital, town centre, railway station and close to M1 motorway. Shared use of kitchen, utility, lounge and garden areas with resident landlord.
I am looking for a professional person working in the Barnsley area who would like a comfortable place to stay whilst away from their own home.
I am a reasonable cook so happy to share shopping/cooking of joint evening meals. Cleaning of room and provision of bedding is down to preference of person renting the room.
Would prefer Monday to Friday lodgers but happy to consider 7 day a week lodgers.
