To let is a large double ensuite room (with shower) in a modern townhouse, located a mile outside of Barnsley towncentre.

The room is furnished with a double bed, tv, storage and has internet access.

The house has a large kitchen and living space, along with a well kept garden for sitting out in when the weather permits.

We are an easy going, friendly couple with a young child and 2 cats. We both work full time during the week and are non-smokers.

Ideally we are looking for a professional female, who is a non smoker.
