Single Room But Consider House As Your Own Home

hello ....furnished bedroom/house.. welcome to use the full house and share in a recently renovated warm cosy modern house... close to town centre with excellent access to all motorways and rail and bus interchange so good commute to wakefield leeds sheffield etc .. i work.. im not always home so you will be free to ..and indeed id love for the new housemate to.. just enjoy the home not be in the bedroom as such...the house is nice and new and very clean... gardens... lovely kitchen dining area... close to the open countryside...gyms... leisure centres... good nightlife if you havent been to barnsley... only 1 bathroom but as im not home usually till late its not an issue there.. and age and nationality welcomed.. :) i have polish.. romanian.. bulgarian friends so feel. comfortable wherever you may be from ..also couple may possibly be considered if a short term aggreement but no domestics please or its the door...also dss considered as i havent always been working and no we all have to start somewhere...i do have a daughter who may come stay 1 night either saturdays or sundays occasionally but shes fantastic... :-) due to this then.... Females preferred ...i also try to cook .... i can work a washer and iron and hoover sometimes at the same time... like movies and tv.. music.. ...diy... adventures cinema cars erm cars ... days away etc so im not a bunch of misery to live with at all haha...available in around 6 to 8 weeks time so if ur interested please feel free to get in touch :)
