Double room available in a 2 bed terraced house in Stairfoot, Barnsley. 2 miles from the town centre, 10 minutes from the M1 (junction 37).

The bedroom is unfurnished. It will fit a double bed, and there is a built in cupboard that has a shelf inside. I've had a travel rail inside this as a temporary wardrobe so would suggest the tenant does something similar to save money on a wardrobe :)

I'm a friendly, sociable 26 year old secondary teacher, who works hard during the week and likes to unwind at the weekend, drinking wine with friends or settling down with a film. I have a cat called Hollie, who is a house cat and is very friendly.

I'm looking for a like minded professional (no house parties etc) who is friendly, clean and tidy.
