Furnished double bedroom available in a house share arrangement. Beautiful Victorian town-house with lovely garden. Suitable for professional or post grad. student. Ideal for Doctors working at BDGH as ten minute walk at most. People from overseas welcome (we are a very international family/household).

5-10 mins walk from town centre, hospital and local shops (Wilthorpe). 5-10 mins drive to motorway. Use of kitchen, fridge, washing machine, broadband, garden and two downstairs sitting rooms.

Preferred arrangement is as "Homeshare"* with someone who is happy to join in the occasional shared meal, and potentially provide some companionship for the oldest resident (taken off rent ). Other useful help might include. Cat lover essential. Female only, as currently I am the only female (though second female to join shortly)


All bills included. Internet, on drive parking, No use of landline unless by agreement.

Rent: Nominally £350 per calendar month - DSS possible.

* Homeshare is a scheme that matches people to provide low cost /free accommodation in exchange for 10-12 hours help around the home. (hence the cost being just £150 per month!) The exact hours can be negotiated to fit in with your schedule.
