Double room available, has a big double wardrobe in it and a small chest of draws, the room will also be redecorated for whoever moves in, I would just pref it all to me nice and fresh.
The house is in modern decor has a new fitted bathroom, newly redecorated lounge, nice decked garden with a pond. There's ample street parking, the house has everything you would need and is kept clean and tidy. It's located just off York road near the range.
All bills inc in the rent, also sky tv to downstairs and unlimited broadband.
I'm 28 years old, clean and tidy person. Very easy to get on with. Work full time aswell as some weekends. I go the gym 4 times a week, eat out occasionally, so hardly ever at home really. I do like a night in watching films with a glass of wine aswell though.
